Many foods actually release their nutritional properties when cooked-so eating them raw isn't doing yourself any service. Secondly, a purely raw food diet can be very hard on the system and digestion. Ya, no. Not for me.Mis(s)Mannered Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18307342287952842057noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9199356305799744530.post-66409910389124301792010-07-27T21:40:06.540-04:002010-07-27T21:40:06.540-04:00I think there are some things I can add to our die...I think there are some things I can add to our diet that wouldn't really change much. It would definitely be easiest to incorporate them at lunchtime.Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17401931638397651614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9199356305799744530.post-63234598526387650722010-07-27T12:57:52.063-04:002010-07-27T12:57:52.063-04:00Yanno, I was just thinking about a raw diet. I don't think I could ever go completely raw, but I'm considering making one meal a day raw, like a salad for lunch time...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11431700962951592287noreply@blogger.com
